Resources: Course Syllabus (new students sign/return), Bronx Masquerade Text (pg. 1-80), Bronx Masquerade Weekly Activities (1 per week), Bronx Study Guide, Lab Assignment for Column 2: Character Analysis Grid (choose one to do for Tyrone)

MONDAY

1. Finish column with 5 activities (see reference sec.)
2. Complete Unit 1 Review Questions (due Mar. 3)
3. HW Tonight:  In rough draft section, brainstorm ideas for a new Bronx Masquerade character/poem. Write a summary about your new character you will add to novel.  Explain why you choose them and explain their personality and physical traits as well as any internal or external conflict.

TUESDAY

1. Subplans (New Character/Poem for Novel)

Feb 29: Deadline for Eagle Anthology (extra credit if you submit final copy of orig. poem)

Feb. 29: Lab Assignment Due(5 activities from 1 column)

March 2: Rough Draft of "New Character" Assignment Due (Complete w/ Sub)
March 3: Unit 1 Review Questions Due

March 4: Unit Test on all of Bronx Masquerade

March 7: Unit 2 Begins (Perspective/Argue)
