MONDAY
1. Novel Quiz #2 (pgs. 58-107; Judianne-Amy)
2. TPCASTT PowerPoint. Create a 3-slide PPT to present the poem you were assigned.
  • SLIDE #1: Cover Page w/ name and title of poem
  • SLIDE #2: Text to Self.  Write a paragraph explaining how the poem made you feel.  Use your double-entry journal sentence starters.
  • SLIDE  #3: TPCASTT.  Write down the letters of TPCASTT and answer each section for your assigned poem.
  • SLIDE #4: Visual Representation.  Use symbols, pictures, word art to visualize the topic of the poem, the theme, conflict, etc.
HW DUE: PPT due Wed. 14th./Finish novel by Friday 16th
TUESDAY
1. W-up: Fragment vs. Run-ons/Double Entry
2. Silent reading (pgs. 107-End of Book)
3. Update character logs (15-18)

2. Gallery Walk: Visit one TPCASTT PPT and use evidence from the project to complete a constructed response.
