WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY
  1. Notes: Characterization (aka: S.T.E.A.L)
  2. Read The Necklace 
    • Annotate text wherever you find indirect characterization (STEAL) and what it reveals about character's personality.
  3. Complete Necklace Discussion Questions (1-20) and vocab list #1

HW DUE 8/11: Alternate Ending Idea (prepare to share Fri), Discussion Questions (1-20), Annotated text (Necklace), Study for Characterization/Necklace Quiz on Friday 11th

FRIDAY
  1. Necklace Quiz
  2. Alternate Ending Project 
    • Pitch ideas for new ending to Necklace
    • Write 2-minute script for alternate ending skit.
