WEDNESDAY
1. Read novel in Classkick (pgs. 3-33) and update vocab list
THURSDAY
1. Read Langston Hughes' "Harlem" and complete the SIFT organizer to analyze poem.
2. Open Mic Poem #1:
-Use the "Golden Shovel" method by using the line "What happens to a dream deferred" from "Harlem" and use it as your first line of a new poem you will place in Classkick. Extra Credit if you share after quiz on Friday.
