RESOURCES: Syllabus, The Necklace, Alternate Ending Project, Bronx Masquerade Audio Book
MONDAY-TUESDAY
1.Open Google Docs and type your group's 2-3 min script for your alternate ending project. Each group member needs a part in your new ending for The Necklace.
2. Use the Good vs. Bad Dialogue website to help you write good dialogue and the Script Format website to help you arrange your script.
3. Share your final draft of Google Doc with each group member by clicking "share" blue button and typing each members email address. Do this after proofreading and editing document for errors.
4. Rehearse your line and keep time. Presentation should not be under 2 minutes

HW DUE 1/23:
1. The Necklace Quiz (Tues. 1/23). Use study guide.
2. Alternate Ending Presentations (Tues 1/23)
3. Vocab List #1 (Tues 1/23)
WEDNESDAY
1. W-up: Identify the subject and predicate (verb) in the 3 sentences in class.
2. SRI Testing: Take the first of three SRI tests to gauge your reading comprehension skills. Record your lexile score in the "Data" section (p. 1) of class notebook.
3. Alternate Ending Presentations: 3 min skit for the Necklace.
HW DUE 1/25:
1. Notebook Check #1 (Thurs. 1/25). Notebook should have headings, page #'s, and any documents you were given (ie: quiz answer sheets, notes, etc) in the correct spot.
