3. Watch: Genocide of 100 million Native Americans

     -Compare and contrast film to CommonLit text.  How do both describe the impact first contact with Europeans had on Native Americans?

HW: Revise CommonLit paragraph in 2-pt section of class notebook and finish paragraph comparing what you were taught about Native Americans vs. the truth revealed in the film

2. Read Sterling's Chapter (pg. 87) and complete discussion questions. 

3. Independent Reading/Study Guide for Unit Test. 

HW: Continue reading novel (pgs 80-165; unit test Friday), double-entry journals for each new chapter will be due tomorrow in Class Notes section of notebook.
